- Approval Date: The date the original or major version of the document (e.g., V1.0, V2.0, V3.0 etc.) was formally ratified by the appropriate University body.
- Review Date: The date the document was last reviewed, resulting in minor (non-fundamental) updates. These iterations are designated as V1.1, V1.2, V1.3 etc.
