ECIU Educational Cooperation Policy and Programmes Group (EduCo): Annual Networking Event

How to turn an education-driven idea into a submitted proposal?

At the EduCo annual networking event 2025, we can help with that: find the right consortium and the right Erasmus+ opportunity and get all the support that you need.

How can you have your idea discussed in this networking event? 

1. If you haven’t already, register to the ECIU R&I Hub. (Fill in the form here)

2. Complete the template slides.

3. Post your slides up on the Channel/Hub (link to the dedicated channel).

4. Attend the networking event on 18 November 2025 (9:30am–12:00pm).

•  Your proposal can be for any Erasmus+ KA2 action.

• Presenters of selected proposals will lead breakout rooms on the event with the support of facilitators from the ECIU EduCo group and use the space as a call for partners around their project concept.

• After the event, the proposals that move forward will have support from the EduCo members in each institution.

• If you don’t have a project idea but would like to join a consortium, look at the proposals on the R&I Hub, start conversations with the project initiator, and attend the event to develop the connection.

Within ECIU, you will find a network of 13 institutions in Europe and Mexico that represent reliable and committed partners with significant experience in submitting successful proposals together.  The key contact points for the Erasmus+ programme in each of the 13 institutions work closely together to support proposals.
