The aim of this event is to build consortia for Erasmus+ proposals among ECIU partners. 8 project ideas have been put forward by PIs to be presented and discussed in breakout rooms.
This is a great opportunity for anyone wishing to be a partner in an Erasmus+ project.
Take a look at the proposal ideas first - you will see that there is a link to them in the registration form.
If any of them interest you, come to the event to hear more about the proposals and to consider joining as a partner.
These proposals will be submitted under the Erasmus+ 2026 Call, which will be launched later this month.

Training - How to find project partners
On 20 January 2026, the CARE4BIO network of National Contact Points for Cluster 6 will organise an interactive on-site training in Brussels aimed at engaging potential participants in Cluster 6 to explore the most effective tools and strategies for identifying partners at brokerage events and beyond.
After a concise introduction to the basics of Horizon Europe and consortia requirements, the training will guide participants through a series of presentations and interactive exercises to develop and apply the necessary skills.
The training will allow participants to network with peers and tap into the extensive experience of the NCPs present at the training. You can find out more and register via the training event webpage.
Brokerage Event
The CARE4BIO brokerage event on 21 January 2026 and the subsequent matchmaking activities are dedicated to forming consortia.
The objective is to bring together all the relevant stakeholders who intend to apply for funding in the Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls for 2026.
This platform enables bilateral meetings between participants from Europe and beyond who are interested in the same topics and are seeking to share new project ideas and find collaboration partners.
Thus, the brokerage event and associated digital infrastructure will help you build your consortium for the upcoming Horizon Europe Cluster 6 Calls in 2026.
Registration will stay open until the limited spots to this event are filled, closing on 11 January at the latest.
Please let the RDS team know if you plan on attending these events in person.
