The European Research Executive Agency (REA) will be organising an online Information Day for the Doctoral Networks 2026 call. The MSCA Doctoral Networks 2026 call will be presented in detail. This will provide prospective applicants and stakeholders with comprehensive guidance on the key requirements and novelties of the 2026 call, with particular emphasis on the Industrial and Joint Doctorate modes.
The event will also introduce the RAISE Doctoral Networks for AI in Science call, a new pilot initiative under Horizon Europe Cluster 4.

Department of Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science (DFHERIS) invites members of the Irish research community to join the CERN National Stakeholder Forum at its inaugural meeting on 17 June 2026.
European Council for Nuclear Research's (CERN) National Stakeholder Forum will bring together stakeholders in Ireland’s Associate Membership of CERN from across education, industry, government and research. Its purpose is to support broad engagement with CERN through activity updates, promotion of opportunities, and network‑building to enhance enterprise, research and skills development linked to CERN.
Please save the date for the first meeting on Wednesday 17 June 2026, 1-4:30pm, to be held in person in the Clock Tower building on the Department’s campus on Marlborough Street, D01 RC96. A light lunch will be available from 1:00pm, and presentations will start at 2:00pm.
Registration is essential for this event. Register in advance using the CERN National Stakeholder Forum Registration Form. Deadline to register is 1st of June at the latest.
The event will provide an opportunity to hear about existing collaborations and emerging opportunities at CERN and to meet with potential partners.
