I trained both as a clinical psychologist and as a psychotherapist and have worked in various settings over the last twenty years including the prison service, community-based and inpatient adult psychiatric services, a community care HSE service, university departments and private practice. I trained as a clinical psychologist with UCD (B.A., M.A., M.Psych.Sc.), as a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist with the Institute of Creative Counselling and Psychotherapy (Dip.
