TY Open Day - 6th May 2027

Join DCU's annual Transition Year Open Day on Thursday, 6th May, 2027, at our Glasnevin Campus.

Due to the success of last year's split sessions, we will continue to run a Morning AND Afternoon Session this year. We have designed this so that your students have more space to enjoy the many engaging features at the Open Day, while still inviting thousands of students to safely explore the campus.

Registration is coming in October 2026!

The Morning Session will be from 9.30 am - 11.45 am

The Afternoon Session will be from 12.30 pm - 2.45 pm

Your school will be assigned ONE session.

As always, students will have access to an array of opportunities to learn about DCU and University life:

— Course presentations delivered by current DCU students

— Talks about student life, how to make friends, and getting involved in Clubs and Societies

— Campus Tours to explore our facilities

— Food trucks and live entertainment

Capacity for this event is restricted, and the bookings operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
