These videos introduce the DEAR MAN skill as a structured communication technique to help you to  assert your needs and boundaries. DEAR MAN stands for Describe, Express, Assert, Reinforce, Mindful, Appear Confident, and Negotiate. 


G.I.V.E Skills (Video)
