Message from Claire
Dear Students,
Week 4 already, so this week I would enourage you all to stop... and breathe! Take note of where you are, make sure that you have a schedule of deadlines and a clear overview of your workload - this will take the pressure off over the coming weeks as things get busier.
BTW, have you noticed it's bright until nearly 5pm these days?! Longer days are on the way!!
Have a good week!
Claire

Healthy Relationships
At every time during our lives we build relationships with those around us. In any relationship, you should feel comfortable about who you are, confident, loved and needed, that you views are respected, and safe. Having a healthy relationship is good for your mental health and makes everything we do more enjoyable.
Have you every considered what is and perhaps what is not a Healthy Relationship? This can be with anyone in your life, from a classmate to intimate partner.
You can find resources on the DCU Healthy Website about healthy relationships, our short podcasts on Healthy Boundaries, our Healthy Relationships course, and where to get support if needed.
