Best sports advice you have received

It's the little things that add up to make the big differences.

Biggest challenge you have overcome in sport

Having to deal with many injurys, in particular tendonosis in my knee which kept me out for 8 months.

Pre-competition rituals/superstitions

I usually listen to music and relax for a bit in the hall before I start my warm-up  

Something we don't know about you

In 2005 I won the under 8 All-Ireland 60 metre sprint, its still my favourite medal I own!
