From the SDGs to Doughnut Economics
A Morning of Activities to Celebrate the Launch of DCUs Education for Sustainable Development Hub
On Tuesday, 26th May, the Teaching Enhancement Unit is launching a new resource that will bring together all of the available supports and resources related to ESD.
To celebrate, we will be hosting a morning of activities in The Spark (Albert College - AG49).
The SDGs to 2030 Game (facilitated by Dr Mark Kelly from ATU)
The 2030 SDGs Game is a multiplayer, in-person, card-based game that experientially simulates taking the real world into the year 2030. The game is a powerful tool for raising awareness, fostering collaboration, and inspiring action toward a more sustainable world.
Step into the Doughnut (facilitated by Dr Lucia Walsh from TUD)
This is an open workshop designed to introduce participants to the ideas of Doughnut Economics, an ecologically safe and socially just space in which humanity can thrive in the 21st century. This activity will offer participants a chance to listen and share ideas about the state of the planet, society and business.
Spaces are limited and registration is open now
