Briefly describe how you have integrated these themes into your module
Content: engineering design theory to scaffold the CBL design challenge; CBL which accounts for 70% of the module; skills development (teamwork, sustainable systems thinking and design); engineering system design - application and integration of theory to design a sanitation system in a less developed country.
Briefly describe the impact you hope integrating these approaches will have on students who complete the module
The student feedback has been extremely positive: 'The CA project was great because it really supported everything we were learning within lectures. I felt the project gave me more confidence and strengthened my understanding of the topics covered.'; 'I cannot fault a thing about this module. I learned a lot about team work, waste management and i worked on my transversal skills. Don't change this module'
