Tuesday 5th

What: Darkness into Light Staff Table Quiz

As a team, compete against other teams of DCU staff members to reign yourselves the champions of the first inaugural DCU Darkness Into Light Staff Table Quiz!

Registration fee is €20 per team, payable at the link below.

Where: GLA.HG18

When: 1-2pm

Wednesday 6th

What: Book Swap with Campus Choir Performance

Bring a great book that you are happy to swap, donate €5 to Pieta, and pick up a book that you would like to take home!

The Campus Choir will perform at this event, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere to browse for your next read.

All books welcome! No registration required.

Where: The Hive, U Building, GLA

When: 1-2pm
 

Thursday 7th

What: Darkness into Light Coffee Morning

Take a break from a busy week and take a chance to chat with colleagues over tea, coffee and cake. Write a message of solidarity or share positive affirmations on our Wall of Support, and marvel at the wonderful Elephant in the Room sculpture, Jia.

Tea, coffee and cake will be free, but please donate what you can to Pieta on the day.

Friday 8th

What: Last Minute Registration Drop In

Drop into the U Building to register for Darkness Into Light less than 24 hours before the event, or to donate!

Where: U Building, GLA 

When: 12-1pm
 

Saturday 9th

What: Darkness into Light 5km Walk

This  event consists of a 5 kilometre walk circling DCU’s Glasnevin campus; walking from the Ballymun Rd. to Griffith Ave., Swords Rd., and Collins Ave., before returning to DCU campus. This inspiring event symbolises hope, as communities come together to support mental health, suicide and self-harm prevention.

All are welcome, but registration is essential.
