 Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow - Closing date 20th November

  Accenture, in association with the Irish Times Innovation Magazine, is looking for the Leaders of Tomorrow. Participants in the Accenture Leaders of Tomorrow 2010 will have the chance to demonstrate and develop their leadership skills through three rounds of competition against the best and brightest of their peers. The successful finalists will take part in a series of leadership development days and ultimately will present to and be assessed by a panel of Irish business leaders. Applicants will retain all intellectual property rights in ideas submitted.
The overall winners will take part in the Accenture Leadership Experience Tour to New

  We would like to bring to your attention details of a new website that will help graduates easily source employment abroad. Otheroptions is a unique search engine where those seeking employment here, can at a glance view all new jobs posted each day from the leading five online recruitment websites in most countries across the globe.

Currently there are around 2000 new jobs posted each day on www.otheroptions.ie. New organisations in different countries are agreeing to showcase their jobs, so over the coming weeks graduates in Ireland will be able to view between 15,000 and 20,000 new jobs weekly!

 Central Bank & Financial Services Authority of Ireland - Closing date 13th November

  The Graduate Development Programme 2010 is open to holders of primary and post-graduate degrees who have recently attained, or expected to attain in 2010.

A minimum of 2.1 honours degree. Applications are welcome from all degree disciplines.

  A reminder that the closing date for applications for the JET Programme is:
Friday 4th December

The Japan Exchange & Teaching (JET) Programme is an official Japanese government scheme which places graduates into positions in Japan promoting
internationalization and improving foreign language teaching in schools.

Positions available:
1. Approximately 50 positions for Assistant Language Teachers (ALT). No Japanese
language or teaching experience required.

2. A small number of posts as Co-ordinator of International Relations (CIR) in Local
Government Offices. A functional command of the Japanese language is essential
for this post.

 Trendence Graduate Barometer Survey

  DCU is one of over 775 colleges taking part in the Trendence Graduate Barometer
Europe’s largest education and career survey. The questions asked in the survey include how satisfied you are with your studies and what you expect from your future career, including potential employers.

The survey gathers student opinions from across Europe and explores differences and similarities that exist among countries, making the students’ transition from higher education to the labour market easier.

We therefore invite you to participate in the Trendence Graduate Barometer 2010, which runs from now until the end of December 2009. The survey is conducted online
and is quick and easy to fill out.

We can reassure you that your answers will be anonymous and your data will be legally protected. After completing the survey, you can compare your answers to the average results of students in your country and Europe.
