Your application form will often be your first point of contact with an employer and it is vital that you make a good impression. Understanding the types of form and question that you are likely to encounter, and how you might go about filling in and answering them, will help you make accurate and effective applications. Destinations® is filled with useful tips, hear what Employers have to say (podcasts).
- Preparation is key!
- Different types of forms (standard, employer, online forms)
- Filling in basic information (Education, Personal, Work experience, Top Tips)
- Answering longer questions (de-code / typical questions, STAR answers)
- Employers and Application forms (scan, sift and short-list)

Nursing Students Survey - just 5 mins to complete! |
 |
This is an anonymous survey designed to gather statistical data for a PhD . The
objective is to determine factors affecting information quality documentation in the
healthcare sector and then design a guideline for the development and planning
of ‘Individualised Information Quality Training plans’ within the healthcare sector in
particular and the wider community in general.
The survey should not take any longer than 5 - 10 minutes to complete online.
What is required from you:
‘some experience’ working in a hospital environment and have had access to
patient’s charts. You should read each question carefully and select the most
appropriate response according to your experience based on a patient admission
form, discharge form, medication record or similar. There are no right or wrong
answers and the survey is totally anonymous. There is no way to trace the responses
back to any particular hospital or individual.
Many thanks for your help on this. I can be contacted by email
mary.levis2@mail.dcu.ie for any questions you have on this.
