Scholarships |

North/South Postgraduate Scholarships 2011:-
Universities Ireland, which promotes collaboration between universities in Northern Ireland and the Rebublic of Ireland, and the Electricity Supply board (ESB), are offering five scholarships to students undertaking a recognised Masters or the first year of a PhD programme (taught or research).
These scholarships are worth €15,000 each. Three of the scholarships will be in the areas of energy and engineering and will be co-sponsored by Universitites Ireland and ESB. Two more will be in another area - arts (including philipophy), business , science and social science - and will be funded by Universities Ireland alone. These scholarships must be taken up for the academic year 2011-2012.

Network Mathematics Graduate Programme |

The Network Mathematics Graduate Programme for 2011 will start on the 16th of May at the Hamilton Institute, NUI Maynooth. The first module this year will be on Dynamic Systems.
In total, 3 modules are offered in 2011 covering: Dynamic Systems; Optimization in Network Architecture and Algorithms; and Applied Probability and Stochastic Processes.
