I have deleted a genuine message from my quarantine - can it be retrieved ?

The quarantine is generally junk mail. The rate of false positives is very low. Therefore we do not keep backups of the quarantine.

However, if you delete a mail by mistake and contact us on the same day it can be recovered. The system is configured to mark mails for deletion when you select delete either from your report or directly through the quarantine. During the night the system permanently removes those mails which have been marked during that day.
