The report looks odd - what's wrong ?

The report is sent to you in html and should look something like this.

Some reasons why the html message may not view correctly

• using a text based mail client
• client is configured not to display html messages
• local junk mail controls have sanitised the html

We suggest turning off any local junk mail controls you may have.
