Public Lecture: One Hundred Years of Einstein’s Gravity – but where are the Waves?

Mike Cruise, Professor of Astrophysics and Space Research, University of Birmingham, will deliver a free public lecture tomorrow, Wednesday 25th November, on behalf of the Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies (DIAS) and UCD, in association with DCU.

The lecture will take place at 7:30pm in E214, DCU St Patrick’s Campus, Drumcondra. The recently rediscovered Grubb coelostat used by Eddington to confirm Einstein’s theory will be on display.
