Why do I have to receive a spam report ?

You should view the report on a regular basis because you can

• easily release genuine mail from the quarantine
• easily whitelist people mistaken as spammers

You do not have to receive a spam report. You have the option to change the schedule of the report to 'Never'. If this is the case you may still log into the system to view your quarantine and change your configuration.
