Dr Robert Kase, University of Ljubljana, asks 'How can we use social network perspectives in HRM research?'

The Learning, Innovation and Knowledge (LInK) research centre at DCUBS will host a guest seminar by Dr Robert Kase from the University of Ljubljana on Tuesday, 15th December 2009. Dr Kase asks 'How can we use social network perspectives in HRM research?' His seminar will present an example and look ahead. The seminar will take place in Q121 at 11am.

 

Dr Robert Case is an assistant professor of management at the Department for Management and Organization, University of Ljubljana (http://robikase.wordpress.com/about/). His research interests include Social Networks, HRM and Knowledge Transfer. His research has been published in IJHRM, IJ of Manpower, Economic & Business Review. His latest work also appears in a special issue of HRM (US) entitled 'HRM and Knowledge Processes' edited by Dana Minbaeva, Nicolai Foss and Scott Snell (www3.interscience.wiley.com/journal/32249/home).
