This one-day course is designed to inform staff and to give them an understanding of how the EU Directives and Irish legislation affect the procurement of products
and services in the Public Sector.

  • Receipt of tenders, opening of tenders, and evaluation of tenders

  • Awarding contracts (notifications, documentation)
  • Debriefing (feedback)
