11th of May - Intergenerational Paint Along.
Join artist and AFU participant Mary McCarthy, for an Intergenerational Paint Along to create "Shrah Castle, Tullamore" and “Nellie the Elephant” for the younger participants.
We invite you to bring along a younger person (child, grandchild or other family member or friend) for a paint along with Mary. In teams of two you will create your masterpieces using a palette knife and oil paints and go home with a finished painting. It is recommended that the child in your duo be over 9 years old.
The painting session will take place on DCU St Patrick’s Campus, in the FG24 room, situated behind the library. Date: 11th May 2024. Time: 10.00 am - 1.00 pm
The cost of this event is €20 per painting pair which covers the costs of the painting materials and will be collected on the day.
