Academic biography

Colette Real is a PhD research scholar at Dublin City University Business School, supported by the Dublin City University Daniel O'Hare research scholarship scheme.  Her research examines how trust can be a source of value for organisations by contributing to effective workplace relationships. She lectures in organisational psychology and human resource management at undergraduate and masters level. Colette also worked for several years on a wide variety of organisational change programmes in the financial services industry in Ireland.
