The Centre has a great deal of experience in the design and delivery of both education and training programmes. These include:

• Undergraduate and postgraduate courses in business, education, and distance education. Members of the Centre act as Directors of three Masters programmes:
  • The MBS in HR Strategies,
  • The MSc in Work and Organisational Psychology and
  • The MSc in Education and Training Management.
• Management development to women academics and administrators
  
• The design and delivery of women-only programmes to Aer Lingus and Ianroid Eireann
  
• Management development programmes to DairyGold, Musgraves
  
• Gender awareness workshops
  
• Teambuilding workshops, including the use of drama
