9.30am – 11.00am: An Update on the Current Economic Environment

This session will provide insights into the current economic/business environment, including NAMA, inflation and prospects for economic growth and development. Attendees will gain practical examples for use in the classroom.

11.00am – 11.30am: Tea/Coffee Break

11.30am – 1.00pm: Leaving Certificate: Economic Problems, Policies and Conflicts
Location: QG13, Ground Floor, DCU Business School

This is a refresher of subject syllabus content.

1.00pm to 2.00pm: Lunch (provided free of charge)

2.00pm to 4.00pm: Accounting Principles of Double Entry Book Keeping

This session is geared to those with a non-accounting background who are not fully comfortable with accounting principles of double entry book keeping.
