| Biography: | Frank Kirby is a part-time Teaching Fellow in Accounting at Dublin City University, where he commenced employment in 2005. Previously he completed a Bachelor degree in Commerce and a postgraduate diploma in Professional Accounting at UCD. Frank qualified as a member of ICAI in 1988, having completed his training with Price Waterhouse. In 2005 Frank was admitted as a member of the Irish Taxation Institute. |
