Biography: Johan Coetsee is a lecturer of Human Resource Management at the Dublin City Business School He graduated in 1984, with specialisation in Industrial Psychology at the Potchefstroom University, and obtained an Honors degree (1987) and Master’s degree (1993) in Industrial Sociology. He earned his D. Phil. in social sciences in 1998 with a doctoral dissertation on evaluating HRD interventions. After working on managerial level in international companies such as Sasol, HLH and Absa, he joined the academic faculty of the Rand Afrikaans University in 1995. Johan Coetsee teaches courses at postgraduate level in the Human Resource Management field. He also obtained his MBA degree in 2003 at the University of Pretoria. His research interests are learning transfer management and social network leadership
