Biography:	Graduated DCU 1990 (BAAF) Worked in accounting practice for 3 years. Completed ACCA exams in 1993. Worked as Financial Controller in a start-up company (plant micro prorogation). Joined Enterprise Ireland in 1994 and spent 12 years there in a number of roles including: - Development Advisor to companies in the Clothing and Textile sector. - Commercial Evaluator in the Investment Services Division. Core role involved the review and evaluation of large investment proposal from Irish and multinational companies and the presentation of a recommendation to the Board of E.I. - Equity Advisor- negotiation of the terms and conditions of equity agreements and valuations. Spent 1 year as a consultant to a start-up technology company. Joined DCU 2008 as a lecturer in the Business School Accounting group.
