Biography: On qualification as a chartered accountant, Evelyn spent some time travelling and working overseas. On return to Ireland, she joined DCU Business School as Lecturer in Accounting in January 2008. She is currently undertaking Ph.D. studies in University of West Scotland with supervisors Professor Angus Duff and Professor Elizabeth Gammie. The research topic considers the early socialization of trainee accountants.
