DCUBS Centre for Executive Programmes was set up by Dublin City University to provide a dedicated service to our clients, both organisations and individuals, in the public and private sectors.
The operating principles of the Centre are:

We tailor programmes to suit the specific needs and objectives of each client organisation and of their employees who participate in these programmes.Creation of High Output Learning Environment
We draw on the best skills available from DCU Business School, other Schools within the University and from external centres of excellence.Working as Part of a Team
We are very happy to work in concert with other educational and professional suppliers to our clients, both as the lead designer and provider of programmes and where appropriate as a contributor to a larger plan, which either the client or another party is coordinating.
Programmes
The Centre delivers professional development programmes and our principal focus is the delivery of degrees at both postgraduate and undergraduate levels, which are tailored to the needs of our customers. These programmes are designed to achieve the following:
- To combine the fullest academic rigour with practical application
- To create robust and imaginative connections between theory and practice
- To strongly encourage the synthesis of ideas and an interdisciplinary approach to problem solving, change management and business and leadership development
- Through content tailoring to create an environment which fosters innovation and entrepreneurism.
In most instances assessment is by way of assignments which address real-life business and individual development issues.
As you read the online information on the various programmes, which we offer, I think you will understand why we are so proud of them. Thank you for your interest in DCUBS Centre for Executive Programmes and we look forward to meeting you at some stage in the near future.
