Dr. Na Fu Wins Academy of Management Best Paper Award

Dr. Na Fu has won an Academy of Management best paper award (Managing and Consulting Division) for her paper entitled "Organizational Ambidexterity and Firm Performance: The Moderating Role of Organizational Capital" (with Tim Morris, University of Oxford).

This is yet another great achievement for Na - her third AOM award to date for best paper. The paper will now be published in the Academy of Management proceedings.
