The Dublin North, North East Recovery College, based in DCU will co-host the Winter Wellbeing Festival on the 10th January as part of First Fortnight 2020, entitled Journeys – Where I Am Now?

The event, which takes place in the DCU School of Nursing, Psychotherapy and Community Health, will include taster workshops and wellbeing sessions as well as music and dance sessions celebrating our transcultural recovery journey.

In addition, there will be two launches during the festival showcasing the artistic creativeness and talent of the diverse student community.

These include:

The publication of selected stories and poems What I Know Now, written by participants of the Dublin North North East Recovery College and Silver Thread workshops.

Song Creation Collective - a debut single C.D with original music, written and performed by students of Recovery College.

Other event partners include Akidwa, Cairdre, Pavee Point, Silver Thread and Dundalk I.T.
