Enterprise Ireland Management 4 Growth
Designed in partnership with Enterprise Ireland and Irish Management Institute, the "Management 4 Growth" programme is unique in its approach and content.
Acknowledging that indigenous SME growth is a key foundation for the re-emergence of Ireland from our recent economic recession, the programme is designed to help participating firms to actively develop their knowledge, expertise, and behavioural competencies so that they can grow their businesses domestically and internationally.
The programme, led by Prof. Finian Buckley of DCU Business School, an expert in programme design and delivery, is facilitated by top academics in DCUBS, as well as international leaders on SME growth, offering participants a world class developmental experience.
Since its launch in 2011, over 120 managers from 15 Irish SMEs have participated in the programme which runs over a one year cycle. The M4G programme has been an astounding success, with firms reporting significant growth in employment, turnover and international expansion. These data were verified by independent evaluators assessing the programme and the programme has been identified in a recent OECD report on SME support initiative as an exemplar in the field.
