President MacCraith Meets Indian Delegation from Ministry of Communications & Information Technology

On 19th September President MacCraith met Mr B.M Baveja and Mr. S.Z. Haque of the Indian Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. Both gentlemen were here to learn more about research at DCU. They were welcomed by Prof. Alan Harvey and enjoyed presentations from Dr. Ana Terres on collaborative research in India, particularly in the ICT area, from Dr. Martin Collier on research in the RINCE institute, from Prof. Alan Smeaton on INSIGHT research at the SFI Centre for Data Analytics and from Mr. Tony McEnroy from the Irish Centre for Cloud Computing.
