Four DCU students have been selected for the Ireland U-20 RBS Six Nations Squad to play Scotland on Friday 25th February 2011 in Tulloch Stadium, Inverness.  Sport Scholarship students Martin Moore (BCL1) and Michael Sherlock (ET1) retain their place on the squad whilst Tadhg Furlong (BS1) & Colm O'Shea (BS2) have gained selection for the 1st time.

Bernard Jackman, DCU’s Rugby Development Co-ordinator said ‘The DCU Rugby programme caters for the all ranges of player from beginner to the elite and we strive to ensure that player pathways are in place for our students to develop.  I commend Martin, Michael, Colm and Tadhg on their selection to the Ireland U20 RBS Six Nations Squad.  It’s a fantastic achievement for the students and for DCU Rugby to have representation at this level.  It is an excellent platform for these players on their pathway to pursue a professional career and full international caps’.
