DCU Careers Bootcamp, Tuesday 11 October, 11am-6pm
The good news is the first ever DCU Careers Bootcamp will be taking place in the Helix on Tuesday 11th October, 11.00am-6.00 pm. DCU Careers Service plays an active role in developing bright, well rounded and talented graduates for today's competitive economy. The 2011 DCU Careers Bootcamp is taking place at a very opportune time when students and graduates are facing an ever increasing competitive jobs market.
This event follows the recent DCU launch of Generation 21, an initiative which further highlights the importance of DCU Graduate Attributes to our students, employers and academics. The event will provide many opportunities for students and graduates to attend seminars, meet with leading partner employers and DCU Alumni. Information will be provided on trends in the labour market, skills needs in industry, advice on applications, assessments and interviews. Leading HR experts will be available to provide assistance with CVs and there will be an employer networking opportunity 3-5pm during the day.
