DCU Student Captains Dublin to Victory

DCU student and current senior football captain, Bryan Cullen, captained Dublin to victory in the Leinster u-21 football championship in Croke Park last Sunday. This was Bryan's third success at this level in the last four years. He played a captain's role when putting in a "man of the match" performance that enabled the Dublin side to gain victory in the replay of the game that was drawn a week previously. The Dublin team also featured two other DCU students - Niall Cooper and Michael Savage, while John Coughlan was a substitute. Dublin now plays Down in the All-Ireland semi-final on Saturday next in Navan.
