DCU Alumni are launching the Soccer Alumni Chapter after the tournament. The idea of the Soccer Alumni Chapter is to encourage more participation in future soccer and other alumni events to be held here and elsewhere and hopefully will encourage graduates to stay connected with DCU.”
David Dowling, Chair of DCU Men’s Soccer Club, said: “I would like to thank DCU Sport for hosting this tournament. The sporting facilities at DCU are among the best in the country. Special thanks go to everyone at DCU Alumni Office for their time and effort in supporting and organising the event over the last couple of months. I’d like to praise our great sponsors AXA and BDO Simpson Xavier.”
DCU Alumni launched the Soccer Alumni Chapter after the tournament. The Chapter aims to encourage more participation in future soccer events to be held at DCU which is a unique sport, social and support network. The chapter will be chaired by DCU graduate and current chair of DCU Men’s Soccer Club David Dowling.
David said, “By joining the Alumni Chapter you can meet new people, network with other DCU Alumni groups, and attend Soccer Alumni events”.
