Reward & Recognition Reception

Angela Mitchell, Emma Johnson and Mary Rafter each received a €1,000 award under the Reward & Recognition Scheme that was introduced for Administrative, Support and Technical Staff. All three received the award to recognise their outstanding contribution to their work in DCU. A reception, hosted by Human Resources, was held in the 1838 on 9^th January 2008 where the Deputy President, Prof. Anne Scott, who chaired the Review board, formally presented Angela, Emma and Mary with their awards. The Reward & Recognition (General) Scheme, launched in 2007, aims to recognise outstanding contribution of administrative, technical and support staff in DCU. Future calls for nominations will be made on an annual basis and Human Resources looks forward to the continued success of this initiative.
