Happy Heart Awareness Week at DCU

The School of Nursing Restaurant has been awarded Happy Heart Status from the Irish Heart Foundation. To launch the award we have been running happy heart awareness week this week, offering mini health checks. As part of the event the Rathmullan House are doing a cookery demonstration tomorrow at lunch time one at 1pm and one at 2pm (Thursday 18th of November) All are invited to attend. It will be held in HG22 in the School of Nursing.  This will be a great opportunity to see how healthy meals can be prepared by those on a budget.
