DCU Mercy play Team Montenotte Cork in the final of Womens Superleague Basketball National Cup on Sunday 31 January 2010 at 1pm in the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght. The game will be televised by RTE 2.

The DCU Team which is contesting its first National Cup Final consists of 2 present Students, Christina Newton and Shauna O Connor both studying Sports Science and 3 Alumni of DCU . DCU Mercy are attempting to add to their trophy hall having already won the Regular Season twice and The Womens Superleague once under the DCU Banner.
