Gary Murphy's new book "Regulating Lobbying: A Global Comparison"
24 May 2010

Gary Murphy's new book "Regulating Lobbying: A Global Comparison" was launched on Wednesday 19 May by Senator Ivana Bacik at European Union House in Dublin. The book co-authored with Raj Chari (TCD) and John Hogan (DIT) explores the regulation of various lobbying systems across the world.
Described by Senator Bacik as a breakthrough study in the analysis of lobbying regulation worldwide to date, the book not only assesses regulations currently in operation in a variety of states but also offers states thinking of implementing such systems advice on how best to do so.
"Regulating Lobbying: A Global Comparison" is published by Manchester University Press, one of the world's leading publishing houses established in 1824. Gary Murphy is Associate Professor of Government in the School of Law and Government and the University's Director of Graduate Research.
