Dr Martin McAleese comes to DCU for Fast Forward career event

On Wednesday, 8 April 2009, Dr Martin McAleese, will come to DCU to take part in the ‘Fast Forward’ event. The event, which was organised by DCUBS and Student Support & Development, is aimed at final year DCU students.

The students will join a series of workshops on topics including ‘winning at interviews’, ‘preparing for the marketplace’, ‘starting your own business’, and ‘work in the voluntary sector’. This major event aims to help students to understand the career options available to them in the current economic climate.
