NCTE develops programme for e-tutors
22 June 2010

A DCU team from the School of Education Studies has designed and developed an e- Moderating course for the National Centre for Technology in Education (NCTE). This initiative took place because of NCTE's need to develop a cohort of e-tutors who have the skills to support and encourage teachers who are participating in their online courses. Leone Gately, a student on the Masters in Education and Training Management (e-Learning) programme, undertook this research project as part of her Masters practicum. Dr. Margaret Farren and Yvonne Crotty, School of Education Studies, supervised her research and coordinated the project in collaboration with Madeleine Murray (NCTE).
