International Year of Chemistry - Crystal Growing Competition

To mark the International Year of Chemistry 2011, DCU's School of Chemical Sciences, in conjunction with the Royal Society of Chemistry, has organised a Crystal Growing Competition.

The competition is open to 900 schools across Ireland.  Over 260 competition packs have been distributed to two categories of students - 1st and 2nd year students and transition year students.

The winners will be announced in May 2011 at DCU.
