DCU's Spring Graduates celebrate
30 March 2009

450 students graduated on Saturday, 28 March 2009, from Dublin City University. Family and lecturers watched on as the graduates were presented with their degrees by Professor Ferdinand von Prondzynski, DCU President. The ceremonies were performed in the "Mahoney Hall" in the Helix.
Cianan Clancy, who received a First Class Honours Business Degrees, was presented with a Chancellor’s Medal for his outstanding academic achievements and extra curricular activities.
Bernard Pierce, Dean, DCU Business School, said, ‘. Cianan is a well balanced individual, he is personally ambitious and is an achiever, but has a very finely developed sense of his responsibility to direct a good proportion of his talents to the community. DCU has been privileged to have a student of his quality. ‘
