Postgraduate accommodation scholarships (2003/2004)

This year's postgraduate accommodation scholarships have been awarded to students in the faculties of 'Engineering and Computing' and 'Science and Health'. The scholarships are awarded annually to research students who are in the first year of their Masters or PhD degrees by full-time research at DCU and are based on the students' undergraduate track record.

Other criteria include:

  • level of undergraduate degree including ranking with the group
  • quality and impact of project work
  • enhancement of the social environment of the undergraduate institution
  • excellence or innovation in research or education
  • acquisition and dissemination of advanced skills
  • contribution to the development of their peer group or alma mater

The scholarship consists of rental expenses in the Postgraduate Centre for one year, valued at approximately 5,300 Euros.
