DCU.LS have designed a 4 week, English for Special Purposes, programme

The programme has just finished the first 4-week course which ran from the 9 September to 4 October. The next programme is due to take place in the next few weeks.
The programme targeted the four skill areas: reading, writing,
listening and speaking, keeping three considerations in
focus:
1. The needs of the nurses' employer (the healthcare sector).
2. The specific difficulties of ESL for Indian speakers.
3. Cultural adaptation to the Irish living and working environment."
