On 16 February 2004, the DCU Business School signed an agreement with the Catholic University of Lublin (KUL) and Lublin Business School (LBS) granting an exclusive licence to LBS for the delivery of the DCU Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Poland.
The agreement establishes the pedagogical approach to the delivery of the programme in Poland and formalises ongoing quality assurance and assessment procedures. "Given that the Lublin region is situation in Eastern Poland, it also opens up possibilities for cooperative ventures between DCU and LBS, right up to the Ukrainian border" he said.
Dr Jerzy Kowalski, President and CEO of Lublin Business School, expressed the view that "this new partnership may form the basis of significant links between SMEs between the two countries and we are excited about the potential opportunities that may flow from it".
