DCU Language Services hosts Ray Murphy book launch

For millions of learners across the world Raymond Murphy's best-selling 'in Use' grammars have opened the door to success in English.
First published in 1985, English Grammar in Use has just come out in a new edition. Reflecting the need of the modern world there is now an accompanying CD-ROM, which means that students can learn and study at their own pace.
Mr Murphy, who is in Dublin for the 13 May launch event as well as research purposes, says he is delighted to have the opportunity to talk face to face with students and teachers who have been learning English with the help of his books.
Raymond Murphy taught English as a foreign language for 17 years in Germany and the UK. Since 1988 he has been a full-time writer of EFL materials. He is the author of the best-selling English Grammar in Use, Essential Grammar in Use and the American English titles Basic Grammar in Use and Grammar in Use.
